It’s nice to see the bright green winter moss and to also hear the gurgling snow melt water.

We have had a lot of rain which has made quick work of the frozen stuff, and it’s beginning to feel a teeny bit like spring might be on the way.

There’s a little snow at the higher elevations, but that won’t last long either.

Happy Wednesday.
A lovely mountain lake where we took a little walk earlier this week.

Happy Saturday!
I took this very short video of small twin engine passenger plane on final approach into Penticton Airport over Lake Okanagan.
As it came closer, I took another photo as J wanted to capture the reflection of the landing lights on the water. The colours in the photo are more blue than I thought they would be.

It’s not a great photo but I like the reflection on the lake.
Happy Friday and happy landings.
Having the time to watch the sunset is a wonderful thing …

… especially sitting comfortably with a cool drink or a little snack. What a luxury.

We feel very privileged to be here.
Happy Thursday.

Happy Tuesday.
On our way west we encountered an enormous rain storm on the northern prairies of Alberta.

Prairie rain storms can start and stop suddenly, and this one came to an abrupt halt.

Soon we encountered clearing skies and continued our drive under clear conditions.

Greetings from northern Alberta.
It has been hot and dry lately but it’s still beautiful!

Happy Monday.
