Creek Babbles
With recent showers and the significant rain that fell in late August, Penticton Creek is full and babbling happily along.
After a season of high temperatures, it’s nice to see.
I hope your weekend is babbling along nicely, too.
High Fliers
The contrail of this jet on its way to Vancouver was highlighted by the setting sun, producing an unusual contrast with the sky.
We had exceptionally clear weather and were able to see the bodies of the over-passing jets, not just their vapour trails.

September 6’s Friday Fleurday
I’ve been watching these panicle hydrangeas over the last couple of weeks as they have developed into incredibly lush and beautiful clusters of flowers.
The bush is about 2.5 metres tall (approx. 8ft) and covered in these rich pink and white panicle bundles. They are now reaching the height of their beauty.
Aren’t they lovely?
