Clouds and snow are dominating the mountains around Okanagan Lake.

I’m glad the snow is up there and not on the streets. Here, we’re looking at more rain, and I’m fine with that.
Happy Thursday.

A great view Lynette. I see B.C. is being hit by a lot of rain right now, especially on the Island. It is not making it over the Rockies, so sunny and +5 here today. Happoy Thursday. Allan

Thank you very much, Allan.
Yes, we’re getting lots along with relatively warm temperatures; today it was +7. That’s unusual even for here. It’s too bad that a nice coastal chinook can’t reach you. Wishing you some good slow rain (or snow) in 2024.

Brrrrrr…
We’ve had our share of rain, lately.

I really don’t mind it as we had quite a drought in the spring and summer so the reserves need to be built again. It is very overcast, though …

We’ve needed it, too. It just seemed to come all at once.

It’s better for it to be slow, that’s for sure.

Okay, I won’t send any more rain, but just so you know, it’s still coming down.

Hahaha. 😊 No stopping it, I guess.

The clouds do look like a dollop of cream; nice imagery and photos 😊

Thank you very much. I love how clouds settle over mountain tops like that; yes, like a dollop of whipped cream. 🙂

As long as the snow is at higher elevations, no big deal. If anything, it adds something special to the mountains.

I agree. The nearby ski hills are all open but I understand there’s less snow than usual. I love the fact that it’s “up there” – I can visit and admire, but I don’t have to shovel it!
