Penticton has been quite rainy this spring and summer, but at least it has been fire free!

Rime
After a lovely little reprieve of -5C (23F) for a couple of days, we plunged to -35 in a matter of hours. This resulted in a very heavy fog that quickly froze as it cooled and settled. We had a thick rime on everything.
Very cold, but a beautiful result.

Moon Mist
On my morning walk to work today, I saw this moon slice competing with the streetlights against a misty ice fog.
The moon was prettier. 🙂
