Thank you very much. 😊 Those winds felt like they were coming right off a glacier, Anneli. I thought I was still in the north even though the temperature was +2! The sunset conditions were such a welcome and beautiful contrast.

Our southeasters are wet and cool, but the northwesters are dry and bitter cold.

Actually, that cold wind was coming straight out of the south but it was wet, too. I’ve noticed that many of our very windy days are coming from the south; I think it must have something to do with the mountain valleys.

There wasn’t really a storm, just the same weather we had been experiencing for several days: buckets of rain, wind, and overcast. The break was very certainly appreciated by everyone. Cheers.

I’m always amazed at how quickly the weather can turn here. Most of the day was rain, wind and overcast and then suddenly we had beautiful clearing skies and calming wind!
