Autumn Serenity

Today, a couple of relaxing autumn scenes.

After a lovely slow rain shower, it was wonderful to see puddles here and there. Following this year’s drought, they are a welcome sight.

A calm, windless Okanagan Lake – it’s always a treat to just sit and enjoy the view for a bit.

Happy Thursday.

    1. Ugh. I’m glad I’m no longer in NWT where winter is now well established! Our temperatures here in the Okanagan are still quite warm but we’re also a valley micro-climate that doesn’t get much snow and the temperature doesn’t usually go much below about -2 or 3. There might be a bit in late December or early January (although Dec 2022 was terrible with lows at -10 which wasn’t good for the orchards or grape vines). Stay warm. I hope you don’t have much shovelling to do.
