Skaha Lake

Penticton is one of the few communities in the world that sits between two lakes. Below is a photo of Skaha Lake; we lived near this lake up until last November when we moved to the other end of Penticton and the larger Lake Okanagan.

Happy Wednesday!

    1. Yes, it’s very identifiable as autumn. It can get very windy in Penticton in the autumn, and lots of people kite board on Skaha (they are amazing to watch), so when the calm days arrive, it’s important to enjoy them!

    1. Thank you very much. Yes, I do as well. Penticton can be quite windy in autumn (Skaha is popular for kite boarding until about mid-November), and that day was very calm. Great for this type of photography.
