  1. Weather moves through quickly at this time of year and in many different directions as the winds change in direction and speed. A lovely day here yesterday and today with temps near +10. Rain last night and then we get winds gusting to 80 k/h tomorrow. It does not matter as we are pretty much stuck indoors anyway. Cheers Lynette. Allan

    1. It sure does! We’re getting 14 today but yes, I saw that a cold front from the Pacific is going to sweep right across us and the prairies. There are warnings that the passes will be full of snow and lots of wind and rain for us here. I hope all is going well with Patty’s recovery. Cheers.

    1. Thanks, John. 😊 That’s what I could see when I went for a morning ramble and yes, it did look tunnel-like. The overcast above this lake often has that effect. As the morning went on it cleared up though and we had a nice day. Rain at night and sun in the day works for me! 😊

  2. It is crazy how often it is cloudy all day and then clears at sunset for the stars and then clouds over for the day again. UGH. Good thing you showed me a sunset.

    1. That’s the overcast I saw on my morning ramble but as the morning progressed it cleared and we had a nice day. Then I was out for an evening ramble and the other photos. So we had a rainy night and clear day which totally works for me! A rainy day that clears in the evening is the more likely scenario, though, especially in winter. Ugh is right!

    1. It was. There’s a favourite restaurant nearby that allows a good view of it. The cloud and rain only affected us in the early morning as the day cleared up beautifully. Rain at night/early morning and then a lovely day? That’s about perfect!
