A couple of days ago, we had a lovely slow rainfall followed by clearing skies.

Later that evening, all traces of inclement weather had disappeared, replaced by a beautifully calm, clear panorama.

Happy Monday.

That is a beautiful summer’s eve sky Lynette. So nice to see a clear sky. Happy Monday. Allan

Our sunsets have been affected by smoke particulate, I think, but for the most part it has been fairly clear, thankfully. We’re getting more showers now and it’s cooler, too, so fingers crossed.

These lakeside views are lovely with nothing to obstruct these wide open spaces 😊

There are no houses or businesses next to the lakes (there’s one restaurant built in Okanagan Lake next to the shore but there’s a trail around it), so a long ago someone (or someones) had foresight. I love that the lakes are very accessible to the public. Cheers.

We had just had a lovely slow rainfall which cooled things off a bit and then provided these lovely views. Cheers.

Thank you, Jo. We are starting to get a few slow showers which is a very good thing. A bit cooler now, too. I hope you get some rain soon. 🍀

It could be that these very red and orange sunsets that we’ve been getting recently are probably partly caused by smoke particulate, unfortunately. It was a gorgeous evening though, especially after the lovely slow rain.

The north seems to be getting more rain, so these very red/orange sunsets should soon lighten, I hope!

It sure is, Tricia, and especially after the fires and all the concern about fires. Thank you very much for your kind compliment. 😊

It sure is, Linda. It’s so great when you get a rainy day that cools everything followed by beautiful clearing. It really was a lovely evening; we had a very enjoyable walk.
