I like to walk to the Penticton rose garden to sit and admire it (and sometimes to take photos).
Right now, it seems to be at its height of loveliness.
It’s a very calming, very serene spot to just enjoy sitting outside.

It sure is, Steve. I see people just sitting or sitting and reading; some doing yoga. It’s very rejuvenating.

This is a good spot for that. I’ve seen people doing yoga, reading or just sitting. It’s a very relaxing place, and breezes carry the scent of the roses.

It really is. People love to just sit and admire the roses, or read, or eat lunch or do yoga. It’s not just the roses themselves but the atmosphere created by the other people who are there. Cheers.

How wonderfully peaceful. I’ll bet they’ll be there for a while yet. My roses last through October most years.

I’m so glad you like it. I have seen people sketching or painting in this garden before. Best of all, there’s a very nearby crêperie (right next door) with great coffee and of course, crêpes! You would probably feel right at home.
