Hi Lori, no, this one won’t as it’s 2000 km (1245 miles) further south from the one I usually post photos of in the winter. Right now I’m at home in British Columbia rather than at work in the north as I have a bit of a medical issue that I have to attend to. The upside is that I get to enjoy September in the Okanagan Valley, a wonderful treat as I’m usually up to my whatsis in work at this time of year! Cheers.
That’s Kelowna at the other end of the lake. It’s not a good picture and at some point I’m going to replace it with a better one that does a better job of capturing that velvety surface.
I like the deep, deep blues in this photo. Hi. Enjoy the upcoming weekend.

The dark of night is always prettier over water. Happy Thursday Lynette. Allan

Yes, I agree. We were out for a late walk and the night view down the lake was lovely.

I like this. The white breakers at the shore and the light sand are a nice contrast to the darkness of the lake.

Will that lake freeze over in winter? Like what you’ve shown before?

Looks beautiful, even at night in the dark. It’s neat to see the sparkling lights in the distance.
