It arrived with a bang. Last night there was a sudden drop to -25C, the blowing and falling snow erupted into a fury, and I scrambled my parka out of the closet and the plug-in for the truck out of the storage room.

Brrr. 🥶

Thank you, Jill. I’m not looking forward to it, especially after this long autumn!

Zut Alors! Time to make a pot of soup. Have the best time you can. How’s the move going?

Hahaha. 🙂 My husband is doing the move 2000 km to the south of me (it’s a lot warmer there!) while I’m in the snowy and cold north. He says it’s going well and is almost all finished. Thanks for asking, Kenny. 🙂

OMG! That’s awful. But at least you get lots of blue sky. Stay warm.

The air is beautifully clear and crisp, but it does get so very cold. It will drop to -35C within the next month. Ugh. Thanks; I am dressing warmly.

Yes, it is. And it will get colder as we head into December. Although I’m looking forward to spring already, it doesn’t seem so bad this year since we had a longer autumn than usual.
