6. Hi. Are there any large towns in this region, or is it all very rural?

   1. A bit further north on this lake (about 40 minutes by car), there’s the city of Kelowna, which about 130,000. The Okanagan has a rural vibe, but it’s also quite sophisticated because of all the tourism and wine dollars.

   1. Thank you. It is a very beautiful area and we love it here. 🙂 At the moment we don’t live here full-time and I will be back in the north in a couple of weeks.
