    1. They are so wonderfully showy. 😊 Hydrangeas will bloom here to the end of September/beginning of October with the panicle and lacecap types always blooming more toward the end of the season. I’m surprised to see panicle hydrangeas this early but then again with climate change I think we’re seeing lots of unusual plant reactions.

    1. There are so many types of hydrangeas; about 50 or more, I think. They’re very adaptable as long as it doesn’t get too cold in winter – although there are hardy types, too – so maybe you could try planting a panicle if you have a garden with room for one. This particular shrub is so tall, showy and pretty. Cheers.
