Disappearing Act

The day began with a lot of heavy overcast but by mid-afternoon it had cleared off enough …

… to provide us with a lovely sunset.

Windless and with a relatively mild temperature of 2C (35.6F), I enjoyed a colourful late afternoon walk as the sun disappeared.

Happy Wednesday.

    1. Some people here will do similar things, also. If the overcast here in the valley has been unrelenting for a long time, people will drive into the nearby mountains to see the sun. Perhaps that’s what the German lady was doing or maybe she just really likes watching sunsets!

    1. Thank you, Allan. Isn’t that great? I’ve been noticing it too. January may be colder than December but at least the days start to become noticeably longer. Soon it will be February and spring isn’t far behind! Cheers.

      1. You’re welcome Lynette. Things are going very well, my sis and I are sore from the hard work cleaning and removing things to take to the Salvation Army for donation. The ServPro people who are doing the mold remediation are moving along nicely too. Thanks, hurricanes last summer. 😡
