Thank you for this beautiful colourful greeting of morning flowers, Lynette! I’m blessed with many still in the garden and the sedums and fuchsias are especially glorious.
Happy Friday flower day Lynette. So many beautiful flowers. We are in New Brunswick right now enjoying their flowers and the slowly changing leaves. We may not get back home if AC goes crazy. Have a great day. Allan
Thanks, Allan. What a fantastic time of year for a visit to NB! Well, a good place to be stuck if the strike goes forward, but how irritating. Our gardens are still beautiful but the time is getting short now; time to enjoy them before the winter. Cheers.
These were in a large pot at a street barrier, so they’re part of the city’s gardening efforts. They do an excellent job of it, especially of managing the rose garden. I used to grow alyssum when I lived in southern Alberta, but I can’t remember if they did well or not. Probably not, because I can remember the successes!
How pretty! 😃

You’re very welcome, Annika. 😊 Our gardens are still in great shape with lots of blooms still but the decline is starting. We have to enjoy them now!

So many pretties. The Matador rose is such a deep shade of red. I love it. Have a happy Friday. Linda

Thanks, Linda. Yes, that matador rose is a real beauty. I love it, too. I found some bushes just covered in them. So lovely.

Don’t they? Our gardens are all still doing well as we near autumn. Officially, it’s nine days away.

I can never seem to get alyssum to grow well.
