Agreed. This was taken during our unusual cold snap from a week ago. We’ve warmed up considerably and it has started raining again, which is normal January weather for here. Agreed, spring is more or less around the corner!
It is so nice to see the longer hours of daylight, but a bit of warmth will be nice. It is supposed to be up to +8 here by next weekend. I just wish it would stay around -7-10 rather than the wide swings. Have a great Monday Lynette. Allan

I agree. It was great to see a bit of sun but this photo was taken last week during our cold snap. We’re back to our regularly scheduled +temperatures with rain. We had record-breaking snowfall a few days ago so now we’re very overcast and sloppy, too. I don’t own Wellingtons but probably need a pair! The temperatures in Alberta are crazy. A friend who lives in Medicine Hat says that they have been ridiculously up and down. She doesn’t know what to wear from one day to the next.
The recent cold snap (that’s when I took the picture) together with that monumental snow dump we had a few days ago – and now it’s raining – was about enough. Ugh.
That’s great, Jo. That photo was taken during our massive cold snap a week ago. Then we had a massive snowfall followed by rain. It’s such a mess right now, so I’m hoping that spring arrives soon!
