Red is my favourite colour and I have enjoyed seeing a lot of it over the last month or so. Here’s a selection of favourites.

Have a good weekend.

Beautiful. in Texas you don’t get to see much of the changing seasons. I think it is because we have two seasons, and that’s summer and winter 😀

Thank you very much. 🙂 I used to live in Arizona and remember the “two seasons” well. The winter weather took on a very lovely stability that (as a pilot) I very much enjoyed. That was also true of Texas as I used fly there a lot too. Cheers.

I love the fact that we now have a lot of reds and purples in our fall colours, even if they are not full size trees. Great colourful post Lynette. Have a nice Saturday. Allan

Thank you, Allan. The reds and purples (right now the Norway maples are a very deep maroon) with the yellows make such a gorgeous colour palette, although there’s a tamarack forest near here that turns a stunning golden-yellow, too.

Thank you very much, Linda. I’m very much enjoying the autumn this year (it has been snowing for a few days in Yellowknife now).
