Football isn’t a big thing here so it’s not generally popular. It is for some, of course, who really like it or are sports enthusiasts. Have fun watching the game! Cheers.
It was a beautiful day but actually quite cold at around -25C (-13F). (I took this photo in the subarctic where I work, not the Okanagan where I live and is much further south and warmer.) You could sit outside but lots of bundling would be required and the mug of tea would need to be in a thermos! Cheers.
We have warmed up as well. We’ve moved up from -30ish to -12ish. We’re supposed to get much colder later in the week (back to -30ish). Nice to see the sun instead of overcast and steady snow, though. Cheers.
Thank you very much, Sue. 🙂 It was a nice day and somehow communicated a sort of weather turning point. Overall our days are becoming longer and warmer. Yay!
Thank you very much, Ally. February is usually a turning point here in the subarctic. The days start getting longer and it slowly becomes warmer. Cheers.
Thank you very much. 🙂 We are supposed to get really cold again (no surprise since I work in the subarctic) for a short period and then start warming up. I am so over these cold periods! Stay dry and comfortable in that rainy weather. 🙂
We are having a run of sunny days. So nice especially now that our daylight hours are growing longer. We’re in for another cold spell although it’s supposed to be short this time, thankfully!
I’ll be watching the Super Bowl later today. Is it popular in Canada?

That’s just lovely. It’s very serene and it makes me want to bundle up and sit on the porch with a hot mug of tea. Thank you.

The weak winter sun keeps trying so hard to warm things up. Still pretty nice here right now. Have a great Sunday Lynette. Allan

Lovely! It has been bright and sunny over the weekend here–but I think it’s going to go back to cloudy, rainy, blustery weather for the work week.
