  2. The connector looks in good shape. I wonder how the Yellowhead is, since they shut it down for avalanche control. No new snow here in a week and nothing but blue skies. Happy Saturday Lynette. Allan

    1. At the summit the weather became clear and sunny, but we had been in some major pea soup on the way up. The Yellowhead is in fair condition, no ice but lots of road spray. We stayed at the Best Western in Valemount last night. Good beds and decent food with a great fireplace in the lounge. Unfortunately the bakery is closed today. Cheers.

    1. Thank you very much, Cindy. It was a long but interesting drive through some of the more northerly mountains. Having a dinner next to the fire afterwards was a wonderful reward.
