Here’s our roof edge showing the successive layers of snow, snow melt with icicles and then more snow.

It looks like a small nudge might easily bring down this ice-snow ridge, but it’s actually up there quite solidly.
Inside, my M is watching the Raptors basketball game and making a wonderful dinner. The Raptors won!
Happy Tuesday.
Its like a wave of snow. Don’t walk under it Lynette. Happy Tuesday. Allan

We cleared off the portions right over the door, and we definitely won’t be walking under the other portions further down the roof. Those icicles are rather lethal looking!

It almost looks like whipped cream. Have a spoon handy.

Hahaha. 🙂 It does look like that! It was quite a bit of work to take down the snow that was hanging over the door, so it’s really attached!

The snow and icicles kind of looks like frosting on cake. I love how it shimmers and shines in the light.

I took this one in the light from our porch. It was only about 5:00 p.m. but it was completely dark outside. It is definitely pretty (and its size is rather impressive), but I wouldn’t want it falling on me!
