It’s very close. Last year that river flooded, and although the water rose almost to that cabin’s floor level, it apparently stayed dry. Others nearby were much more affected. Cheers.
Yes, it’s very close. I wouldn’t be comfortable with that proximity if it were my cabin, but as I noted to another commenter, this river flooded last year but left that cabin unscathed. Others nearby (and farther away from the water) were inundated. There’s a slight bend in the river at that area that’s probably helping to keep it dry.
