I am back in Penticton where although there’s a bit of snow, it’s much warmer than the -30°C (-22F) I left behind in the subarctic. Penticton’s -2C (28F) is so much better; almost balmy! 😉

Glad to hear that you made it safely back to Penticton and managed to escape the colder weather. We have some snow, but looks like it’ll melt on Christmas Eve and Christmas as the forecast is calling for rain.

My computer is telling me it’s thirty-five and sunny. I’ll buy the temperature but I’m thinking it’s not sunny until you get above ten thousand feet. The Christmas forecast is too confusing for words. No matter, they’re all guessing.

Your aviation weather service is really good. It has been a while since I’ve piloted in the US but I don’t think it would have changed much. The weather on the weather channels and such can be rather inaccurate! I hope you get some chilly but sunny weather. Cheers, Kenny.
