2. I love the look of peonies, but have never had much success in growing them.

   1. I have a very spotty record. Some things will grow for me, others not. Peonies will. You have to be careful not to plant them next to each other as they won’t bloom (I don’t know why; an elder told me this years ago), and they need a mix of sun and shade.

4. I made the mistake of picking a few and bringing them into the house!
   They had a zillion ants in them!
