How cute. This made me smile. We usually get a real tree every year, but this year we put up our fake one only because we wanted to set it up earlier than usual (in November!). And now that it’s up, we couldn’t be bothered to take it down and have to redecorate. I do love the look and smell of real trees though.

Real trees are gorgeous and yes, just smell so wonderful. We haven’t had a tree at all in the last few years because we travel between NWT and BC (or go somewhere warm) but this year we are staying put of course.
