Thank you. 🙂 It took quite a few tries as they love to squawk at and chase each other (and bite each other!) and they didn’t want me coming too close. But they’re so comical as well because they otherwise look so dignified and aloof. 🙂
Terrific photo! And it really is amazing how aggressive they can be. I once took a young niece to the zoo, trying to steer clear of the “scarier” animals. We trotted up to the flamingo exhibit, and right then they went into a reenactment of the rumble in “West Side Story”, feathers flying. Her little eyes were WIDE open…
