   1. It’s a lovely spot that we found in the mountains above Penticton. Not many tourists around and about 6° cooler! So nice.

   1. Thanks, Allan. Yes, this area is in the highlands above Penticton. The elevation is much higher and it’s cooler and wetter, too. It was a lovely little respite from the heat but we saw a lot of bear droppings and had to be cautious.
