* These photos are from a recent trip to nearby Apex Mountain. At 2135 metres (approx 7000 ft), it’s high enough for snow.
I’m a very recent follower, Lynette. Thank you too. What you share enriches us.

Thank you very much. These photos were taken in the nearby mountains- there wasn’t a lot of snow but enough to definitely give the trees that seasonal look!

Lynette, I hope you’ve been good, and here’s why:
I don’t want to hear that Santa has passed you by!

Here in the valley we have had a lot of rain, but in the mountains, the trees have their beautiful snow jackets. Merry Christmas. 🎄

I enjoy stopping by yours, as well. 😊Here in the valley we have had lots of rain and it has only been going below freezing at night. I took these photos on our recent trip up Apex Mountain which is about 25 mins vertically from Penticton. 😊

That’s where the snow should be. I hope it stays up there.

It definitely should be! We loved going up the mountain for a look at the pretty snowy trees, but I was quite happy to leave it there!

Thank you very much. 🙂 Most of my winter pictures are from the subarctic and environs, but for these I went into the mountains as I now live in a much more temperate location. How times change. 🙂
