The flower markets are wonderful; there are many things I miss about living in Europe. It was so great that I was able to do that. This flower market was a temporary one, and inside, too, but northerners know how to do these sorts of treats. These were apparently from Red Deer.

Tulips are among some of my favourite spring flowers. I love how they come in such different colours.

Right? In many ways they are the embodiment of spring: variety, colour, vigour, radiance. So great to see them.
