It’s beginning to be. It’s presently -27C. We usually fall to -35 or so by the end of December and -40 by the beginning of January. The light does look amazingly soft, though, but going out in it is a different experience. At -40 the air feels like it could shatter.

Yes, definitely, and more snow is falling every day. Actually, I work in the subarctic but my home is 2000 km to the south. It’s a lot warmer there!

I love the soft glow from the sun. I’m sure it’s very misleading as it’s probably super cold outside.
