The premier of Nova Scotia got pretty frustrated at the number of people still going outside to loiter in groups, so during a press conference he told residents to “stay the blazes home.”

His line has now gone viral (in a good way 🙂 ) and is being passed around everywhere. You can even get a t-shirt.
It costs $35.00 and all proceeds are going to covid-19 relief funds.
Stay healthy everyone and stay the blazes home. 😉

This is what will get us through, focusing on the right messages at the right time…

Yes, that is what will get us through. We just have to listen …

It’s amazing that so many people worldwide still don’t seem to get it. Many people are nothing but ignorant and/or foolish.

It is! I have an acquaintance who is now recovering well from covid but requested that someone go into her house to get her some clothes (she was medevaced)! Even after getting it, some still don’t get it.

It’s not the going outside that’s the issue – that’s healthy – but the loitering in groups! GROUPS of fools and idiots!

Yes! The groups, the partiers, the hangers-out. Some just won’t listen and feel that they can’t get ill or worse, refuse to understand that they can carry it to others.

Nova Scotia has the lowest participation rate in staying home. Hope that does not bite them in the A. Thanks for sharing Lynette. Allan

I didn’t know that. Their premier has certainly had it with the entitlement and selfishness. Maybe their rates have improved now.

OK, now I want to know what he said that didn’t make the news down here in the States! Sounds spot on, what ever it was.

He’s certainly shown a good bit of frustration (and I don’t blame him with the corona idiots). NS is having a lot of problems trying to get people to comply.

Thank you. Yes – so many of the more draconian measures are because people don’t take this seriously, and can’t resist gathering in groups. Fooey on them!

❤ Politicians speaking like typical people. It does the heart good.

It does, but I think he was really frustrated and didn’t know what else to say to people who just won’t listen.

I got a good view of the crazy here yesterday and was so shocked at how oblivious people still are.

It’s so funny how some people are panicking and others are, yes, oblivious. It’s the oblivious ones who are dangerous though. They just won’t get that they can spread this thing.

A great slogan! I like your premier. 😅

It certainly is. 🙂 He’s not my premier though; I live in a different province on the west coast.

Love the slogan!
I heard an Italian politician going off about women getting their hair done. He said, “No one will see your f**ing hair with a closed casket!”

It’s great. 🙂 Sometimes, you just have to take your gloves off and say it. Unfortunately, I don’t know that people listen any better.
