Skylight

I recently watched a very sullen, overcast sky widen into a pretty, pink-tinged blue.

The phenomenon grew for a bit but then collapsed in on itself.

For a few moments, we had a lovely skylight opening giving us respite from the drizzly grey day.

Sometimes, a break from whatever has settled on us is all we need. 🙂

  5. Ahh yes, that hopeful break in the clouds. Gray here today (and yesterday). The cooler weather has finally arrived, but it’s not too drastic. Just a light jacket is required.

    Hopefully the sun will return to light up the sky with brilliance for you.

  7. We control almost nothing in our lives, not our health, not others certainly; but we do control our attitude. I liked your succinct post, and minimum words reminding me the sun is always above the clouds.

      I know how grey Penticton can get in the winter, but a little drive to Apex proves that the sun is still there. 🙂
