I recently watched a very sullen, overcast sky widen into a pretty, pink-tinged blue.
The phenomenon grew for a bit but then collapsed in on itself.
For a few moments, we had a lovely skylight opening giving us respite from the drizzly grey day.
Sometimes, a break from whatever has settled on us is all we need. 🙂
Love that last line. So true, in many situations…

Thank you. 🙂 That’s how I see it.

I can’t tell you how much I love that you yank optimism and inspiration out of a moment where others might see just a sky clouding over again. Lovely!!!

Ahh yes, that hopeful break in the clouds. Gray here today (and yesterday). The cooler weather has finally arrived, but it’s not too drastic. Just a light jacket is required.
Hopefully the sun will return to light up the sky with brilliance for you.

The last couple of days have been lovely – warm, sunny, calm. Walking home after work I haven’t really needed a jacket at all. Mornings are cool though – heavy fleece required. 🙂

Very very true.
May we always get these little breaks ❤

Yes, little breaks are more important than the big ones, I think. 🙂

We control almost nothing in our lives, not our health, not others certainly; but we do control our attitude. I liked your succinct post, and minimum words reminding me the sun is always above the clouds.

Thank you – much appreciated. I do think attitude is important. 🙂
I know how grey Penticton can get in the winter, but a little drive to Apex proves that the sun is still there. 🙂
