Blue sky …

… and white and blue ocean waves flinking on nearby coral reefs …

… fine brown beach sand …

… such precious time in a precious place …
So fortunate.

Your departure time there must be nearing Lynette. I recall how we were so sad to have to leave my 7 1/2 week retirement trip behind. Happy Wednesday. Allan

Thanks, Allan.
We are six days away from our flight back to Toronto. It has been absolutely wonderful but unfortunately, all good things …

Well, that’s not a use of the word “flinking” I’ve seen before!

I meant it to be an example of onomatopoeia! The waves hitting the reef were making a “flink, flink” sound.
I just looked it up and it means “floating + drinking” – I didn’t even know it was a word! 😳
