A Visit to Vancouver Island

M and I went to Vancouver Island for my sister’s internment this week. While there, we said good-bye to my sister while visiting the places she loved on the island where she lived for most of her life.

      1. You are so welcome. I wish I could give you a hug, treat you to lunch, or have you over for dinner. But New Mexico is far away from where you are.

          1. I moved here from Pennsylvania in 2003. I was on my way to California but as I was passing through the high desert of New Mexico, I loved it so much I decided to stay here instead. It was a crazy post divorce turning fifty thing. But it turned out great, I met my best friend husband here. 🙂

          2. That’s a great story. 🙂 I love how we can think we might be acting crazy and then everything just goes very right. 🙂 My M and I had our first holiday together in New Mexico touring Taos and Santa Fe. He had never been before and he loved it.
