      1. I tried to get pictures of water lilies on the lake where we camped this spring and it’s not so easy to get up close without making a ripple, so I can appreciate your photo.

6. What a beautiful picture. We typically visit Algonquin every summer and my favourite routes are the small river and creek systems where there are lots of lily pads that we have to canoe through and around.

   1. They are so gorgeous; they’re one of my favourite flowers. It’s so wonderful to canoe through them – I haven’t done that in a long time. There are two really great water lily ponds near my home in Penticton.
