Thank you, Allan. I think your temperature is supposed to go down mid-week, but it’s still unseasonably warm. We are, too. We’ve had some showers but it’s beginning to get dry now. I’m looking on the bright side: at least the mosquitoes will be down (for a while at least!).
Don’t like to be a pessimist, but for the past few years (here on the island) we’ve had to change the rhyme to: April showers bring May showers. But I think this year it might be different. Love that photo of the raindrops bouncing.
Thank you very much. That might yet be the case up here, too. Snow in May is the norm, not flowers; sometimes there’s a lot of it. Today we had 20C and a sunny, windless day without bugs; up here we have to enjoy it when we can!
A moody photo. Rain and fog can be mysterious.
That shower definitely produced that effect. It didn’t last long though as it was over and starting to clear in about 20 mins.
A neat shot Lynette. Love the rain bouncing up. Hot here yesterday, hotter today. We could use some serious rain. Have a great Sunday. Allan

20 degrees! Wonderful. Yes, enjoy it while you can.
Yes, quite unusual for the end of April, but I’m not going to complain!
amazing photo, love the sharp drops, with the foggy trees in the distance. Even rain has so much beauty.
That was quite a downpour and it created this moody scene. Not long after, the weather cleared up and the sun came out.
It looks like a lot of rain! Great capture though. Sounds like a perfect excuse to curl up under a blanket on the couch.
That was a huge rain storm. Just cam bucketing down! Didn’t last very long, though. The sun came out afterward. Cheers.
