That is an awesome shot. Thanks to you and K for sharing. Happy Monday Lynette. Allan
I agree. Really spectacular. Probably one of the best I’ve seen. K is an excellent amateur photographer. Cheers.
They really are amazing. Sometimes they look like rivers (this shot partially captures that) coursing across the sky.
I’d love to see these, but I suspect that’s a wish unlikely to be granted, given my location and age. Nicely captured by your friend, Lynette.
Never say never. They can be seen in Scotland (that might be a possibility for you) or even Iceland (further away but probably one flight). Anyway, I hope you get the chance some time. K is a rather wonderful amateur photographer. Cheers.
Ah, Scotland and the Northern Lights means a winter trip, and it’s a very long drive from the deep southwest. But, as you say, you never know.
I hope you find yourself there some time. They’re best seen from December to February, yes, so if you go you will need your warmies!
Wow! That’s a great shot. I miss seeing the Northern Lights, but not enough to move back up there.
Haha. 🙂 I understand. I have to say that as time here begins to grow short, I find myself taking care to appreciate the north’s beauties. I’m still looking forward to leaving though.
Good attitude. Make the most of the good things.
Wow! That is awesome. And probably the only way I will ever get to see those northern lights.
This is a particularly good picture of them. K is a good photographer. They are really spectacular; a show that is never the same and always magnificent. I hope you do get to see them some time. Cheers.
Looks stunning! What a gorgeous picture.
Yes, this is a great capture! K is a good photographer.
