3. The color looks like an antique photo with a dot of color from the leaf. Neat effect. Is that a picture of frozen water?

   1. Thanks, Lori, I’m glad you like it. 🌺 I’m a bit unhappy with this photo though. I loaded it on the WP app and it looked fine from there, but when I saw it on the desktop it was disappointing. I took several pictures of new snow on our stair rail; it was very fluffy, light and sparkly – really pretty crystals that I thought were visible in the photo. The bright spot is a flake that reflected as I took the photo. The antique look comes from the colour of the light bulb over the door to the house. So it is frozen water in snowflake form. Cheers. 🙂

4. Gorgeous capture of the delicate looking snowflakes. We just had a major snowstorm yesterday and have lots of snowflakes everywhere. I’m not looking forward to round two of shovelling this morning as my back is a bit sore.

   1. Thank you very much, Linda. Yes, I heard that Ontario got walloped. The arm exercise is a good thing but do try to look after your back. Backs have been known to make us pay!

      1. We got about a foot of snow. I guess I can’t complain too much since this was the first time that I’ve had to shovel in January.

         1. That’s not bad! All the way to the end of January – wow!

            1. We’re more than making up for it now! We got another 5-10cm over the weekend.
