  1. That’s a great pic. The eagle looks so purposeful. I’m sure there are many fish below him who wish he was a bit less purposeful. Happy New Year, Lynette, and thanks for all the great posts and photos.

    1. This photo is from Wayne at Tofino Photography. He has spectacular wildlife photos on his blog; I hope you stop by to take a look. Tofino is a community on the Pacific Ocean on Vancouver Island and is known for its exceptional beauty. Happy New Year to you, Kenny. 🙂

  2. It’s not the prettiest picture of an eagle, but a good one just the same. He looks very determined; intense eyes, and gritting his teeth (if eagles had teeth), ready to take on the challenges of a new year. May your new year go your way in all things that matter, Lynette. Grit your teeth and stare down the challenges ahead, but for the most part, I hope you have a beautiful year ahead of you.

    1. Thank you very much, Anneli. Agreed; I’ll grit my teeth and stare down the challenges with eagle-like intensity. Of course, I’m going to be winding down my career this year as well – looking forward to it! I hope you have a beautiful year too, with good health and good weather.
I find Wayne’s wildlife photos quite stunning. Cheers.
