Now that looks familiar. Hope your travels are going well Lynette. Allan
Yes, familiar and such a beautiful drive, too. Thanks, Allan; our drive is going well. We stayed at the Overlander Mountain Lodge and had a lovely dinner and mountain air sleep. We were planning on a walk but it was so windy when we arrived that we had to cut it short. Cheers.
Overlander mountain lodge? Sounds lovely. Basic or swanky?
Never mind, I just looked it up. I’m ready to go.
Hi Kenny, it is comfortably rustic, but I wouldn’t call it swanky. The views are breathtaking and the restaurant is wonderful. Glad you found it; I hope you’re able to visit. The Rockies are truly spectacular. Cheers.
What scenery! Beautifully captured 😊
Thank you very much. 🙂 Yes the scenery is jawdroppingly gorgeous, no matter what time of year.
Thank you, Cindy. 🙂
I’ve loved driving thru them, too.
It’s really quite spectacular, isn’t it? We are so fortunate to regularly drive this beautiful route. Cheers.
Even though it’s a long drive, at least it’s scenic!
Oh yes, it’s one of the most beautiful drives anywhere!
