I’ve been meaning to ask how bad the smoke has been Lynette. We are getting a bit here this year from some fires, but not like previous years. Happy Thursday. Allan
The Keremeos forest fire is almost due south of us about 30 km, so we’ve had a couple of quite smoky days when the wind is out of the south. Nothing like last summer, though, when the fires were everywhere around. There have been serious issues with trying to put that fire out because of the terrain. Cheers.
It’s nothing like last year, certainly. That was really terrible. Last year, there was ash all over anything left outside and sometimes we couldn’t see across the street. We have a bit of smoke haze, but nothing significant.
Beautiful
Thank you very much.🙂

I feel calm and centered just looking at this photo. Beautiful, serene…
I get the same sense of serenity from this lake, even when it’s cold out. So beautiful.
There is something about nature nothing store-bought soothers can replicate. Thank you for this, Lynette.
I agree. This view is usually very tranquil and calming. You’re very welcome, Jacqui. I hope you have a good day.
Hopefully the smoke hasn’t impacted the quality of the air too much.
