I love getting photos of flowers growing out of rocks, stones, cement, etc. It’s opposed to where nature would usually have them grow. Nice shot.
Happy Victoria Day to you. Enjoy!
Thank you very much. 🙂 A small flower pushing its way through some cement really shows how powerful nature can be! I find that pansies can be very tough, but they really don’t look it at all.
What a pretty flower. I love how it’s growing in the most unlikely of places between a small crack in the pavers.
It’s amazing how plants will push up in those small cracks and then bloom right away. This is a pansy; quite hardy, pretty flowers. Cheers.
Beautiful post
Thank you very much. 🙂
Now, where did that bloom come from? That is the description of perseverance. Happy Monday Lynette. Allan
Agreed; it certainly is. Pansies are tough little flowers and will persevere in lots of unexpected spots!
There’s a metaphor in that hardy little flower.
Yes, along the lines of “looking a little ragged around the edges shows inner tenacity” or something like that!
So pretty, so delicate, so tough.
Yes, I’ve noticed over the years that pansies can be very tough!
