This is my favorite time of day. My front porch faces (Roughly) east, so I like to bundle up and have my morning tea with the sun shining on my face. Weather permitting, I’ll have friends over for coffee in the morning and, if not, it’s still a wonderful feeling just to be able to see it.
Yes, it definitely is. At this time of year the sun is rising at 10:00 a.m. though so I have already had my coffee. π I get these types of photos when Iβm on my way to pick up mail or do other errands.
So beautiful!
Thank you very much. π

I bet it didn’t go very high before it started setting again.
No, it didnβt. It was right along the horizon. Very beautiful, but Iβm looking forward to longer days as that was at 10:00 a.m.!
What a beautiful picture. The nice thing about the winter is that you don’t have to wake up at a ridiculously early hour to watch the sun rise.
No, certainly not, and for sure not here. This is a 10:00 a.m. photo! Very short days right now.
Beautiful photo!
Thank you very much. π
