Pictures to inspire words and images. Perhaps a poem, painting, story, play, novel, drawing, memoire, essay, sculpture, or a new photograph? Up to …#PictureOfTheDay and #writingprompt: 16/Nov/21
A beautiful autumn tree tunnel from Stuart. It wouldn’t be a surprise to come across The Three Bears. 🙂

Lovely photo. I’ve been to the town of Stewart in northwest British Columbia, but I didn’t know (until looking it up) that there is also a Stuart Island in the Vancouver area. Is that the Stuart you mention in this post?
“Stuart” is Stuart Aken, a UK blogger, writer and photographer whom I follow. I frequently reblog his photography (something that started during the first days of the covid shutdown when everyone was cooped up). His pictures are wonderful. http://stuartaken.net/2021/11/16/pictureoftheday-and-writingprompt-16-nov-21/
I live in Penticton in the Okanagan Valley although right now I am 2000 km to the north as that’s where I work. Cheers.
Thanks for the links.
I should have remembered Penticton because you’ve mentioned it before, and I think I even commented on one of your posts that I passed through your area on vacation years ago. See what happens when you get as old as me — your memory goes south! 😉
You’re welcome. No problem. I hate it when I blank on a name. So annoying!
