The Japanese Maple is a lovely tree. It has a beautiful shape and then turns brilliant red in autumn.
Even in strong autumn winds, it does tend to hold on to its leaves quite well.
Penticton has many of these trees and they are still providing glorious colour!
Happy Thursday. 🙂

So glorious, Lynette. 😍
Thank you. That tree is definitely glorious!
Japanese maples are among some of my favourite trees and always remind me of when we visited Japan a few years ago. We have a Japanese maple bush outside our front door that looks gorgeous now that it’s fall. I’m hoping to plant a tree version of it in our backyard next spring.
They have such a pretty shape and then there’s the amazing autumn display. A gorgeous tree to have in your yard!
Brilliant red is right! Wow!
These Japanese maples turn such a beautiful cheery red!
Got three of those in my yard.
Lucky you! They are such pretty trees.
That they are. 🍁🍁🍁❤❤❤
That is so beautiful. It looks festive for the holidays.
These trees turn such an amazing shade of red. They would add a very festive flair but unfortunately have now lost all their leaves!
