2. I love how we all have our own “Walk like…” exhortation still running in our heads. Mine, from a Y exercise class of some years back, was the instructor announcing “We’re on a mission!” and everybody perked up and stomped on with better posture and more energy…

   1. Agreed, we walkers do seem to have that. A little mantra that helps us to stay focussed and centred.
